The molecular sieve dehydration unit utilizes the microporous structures of solid adsorbents such as molecular sieves, silica gel, or activated alumina, which have a highly selective adsorption capacity for water molecules. When wet gas (water-rich natural gas) enters the absorption tower, the water is captured by the adsorbent, and dry gas is discharged from the outlet. The saturated molecular sieve is regenerated through processes such as depressurization, heating, and purging to remove the adsorbed water, restore adsorption capacity, and enable cyclic use.
