Due to differences in natural gas sources and production processes, natural gas from different sources has significant variations in calorific value, composition, and combustion characteristics. Traditional pressure regulation methods cannot adjust the calorific value and combustion characteristics of the natural gas leaving the pressure regulation station. 

The calorific value adjustment system developed by our company uses LPG to increase the calorific value of natural gas or compressed air to decrease it. The core equipment is the blending device, whose main principle is to perform rough adjustment through the flow signals of the two gases and fine adjustment through the calorific value signal. After calculation by the PLC, it controls the opening of the LPG or air regulating valves, achieving precise blending of the two gases. The control system also collects signals for temperature, pressure, liquid level, gas leakage, etc., and interlocks to control emergency shutdown and the start/stop of the heating system.
